We come to you! Packages include up to a 45-mile radius from our location, other locations include a traveling fee based on distance.

Not in Pa, no problem! I have worked with lots of out of state couples and would love to be part of your day too. Whether you are coming to PA or need me to come to you, it can be done!

  • Communicate with Day-Of Vendors to confirm Arrival Time and Services

  • Rehearsal Coordination

  • Day-Of Coordination – Customize to Event and Items Previously Discussed

  • Greet and direct guests throughout the movement of timeline areas

  • Line Up and Cueing of Processional

  • Oversee and Execution of Timeline

  • Includes Senior Coordinator and (1) Assistant Coordinator (Verify Excellent Execution of All Areas)

  • We provide the “Emergency Kit” with the Miscellaneously Needed Items

  • Provide Umbrellas for Bridal Party as Needed

Getting married outside of PA – Let’s Go!

I am so happy to take my Coordination Services to any state on the East Coast and states surrounding PA. Whether you are looking for the coastal view or heading back to your home state, let us assist in making the whole day as stress free as possible!      

We arrive the morning of your rehearsal and depart at 12pm the day after the wedding!

 

Includes:

  • Initial Consult to hear about your vision and special day!

  • Choice of Full Champagne Package or Month of Package

  • Creation of Master Timeline for you and your vendors

  • Communications with all vendors, venues, and accommodations to confirm arrivals and departures.

  • (1) Senior Coordinator and (1) Assistant Coordinator

  • We will arrive prior to your rehearsal to understand the logistics of the venue and layout of your event.

  • Greeting of you and your family prior to rehearsal

  • Rehearsal Coordination

  • Confirm and direct all vendor arrival day of

  • Day of Duties (see month of pkg)

  • Morning After – assistance with morning breakfast (if needed)

Signage, Centerpieces, Ceremony Décor, Bar Décor, Entrance Display/Décor, Additional Table Décor (Chargers, Favors etc...)

Set Up Only $500

Set Up and Tear Down $750

 

Additional Jobs such as: un/loading décor, setting/gathering tables, chairs, garbage, and or cleaning venue is NOT included and subject to additional charges.

 

Cookie Table Service

Includes:

  • Wedding Cookie Suggestion List

  • Additional Cookie Table Items Needed List

  • Decorative Display Trays and Stands

  • Linens – if needed

  • Set up and Display of all Cookies Provided by Client

  • Option to cover Dessert Table till after dinner with Tulle

  • Onsite Edgewood Event Staff Member to replenish and oversee table -6-hour service

  • Cookies Boxed up in Containers Client Provides

  • Tear Down and Clean-up of Display

 

Pricing:  Up to 50doz Cookies $300

                51-100 doz Cookies $350

                101 doz + (Quote Given)

                w/Coordination Service $300 (unlimited amount)

 

Linen Rental

All linens are pressed and ready for use! Check with Edgewood Events on availability and Inventory

  • Table Linens

  • Table Runners and Overlays

  • Linen Napkins

  • Chair Bows

*Linens are to be picked up 24 hours prior to event and returned 48 hours after event. Delivery incurs additional charge.

*Events with Décor Design Service Include Delivery of Linens to venue
